Show Notes

2020 has been an unusual and difficult year for many, and we understand that the full repercussions of what we have all been through are still to be felt - but with summer now distant and the glory of autumn in full flow, we continue with a healthy amount of discussion on some of our favourite horticultural topics, bringing a little dose of the garden to your daily lives.

Winter time for many gardens up and down the country is a time for slumber, while lawn mowers lay unused in the shed. But is this necessarily the best way to care for your lawn, and with ever milder temperatures has the grass really stopped growing? Head Gardeners Saul and Lucy take a look at some of the myths that surround looking after your lawn in winter and discuss how they look after their lawns at Stonelands and East Donyland.
