Show Notes

2020 has been an unusual and difficult year for many, and we understand that the full repercussions of what we have all been through are still to be felt - but with summer now distant and the glory of autumn in full flow, we continue with a healthy amount of discussion on some of our favourite horticultural topics, bringing a little dose of the garden to your daily lives.

Most gardeners only really notice pest and disease when it starts effecting their precious plants, mostly in Spring and Summer, but during the winter can be the best time to start controlling many of these problems while they are hibernating, dormant and in low populations. Head Gardeners Saul and Lucy, discuss what they are doing to stop many of these nuisance problems early and why winter is the ideal time to start thinking about getting on top of problems before they get out of hand in the new year.
