Show Notes

2020 has been an unusual and difficult year for many, and we understand that the full repercussions of what we have all been through are still to be felt - but with summer and autumn now distant and the glory of winter around us, we continue with a healthy amount of discussion on some of our favourite horticultural topics, bringing a little dose of the garden to your daily lives.

Home-grown veg are a treat at any time of the year, but what if your Christmas platter could be adorned with Brussels sprouts, savoy cabbages, carrots, the fluffiest roast potatoes and sweet parsnips on the big day? Lucy and Saul grow a range of veg on their respective estates, so they discuss how their employers enjoy home-grown produce for the perfect festive meal.
