Summer is upon us at last! The warmer weather seems much overdue this year, so Lucy and Saul are relieved to at last see the abundance of growth that this season can bring. This explosion requires selective intervention and management, so get ready for lively conversations about how these two experienced Head Gardeners keep calm - and cool - during the garden's peak period.
This week, Lucy is on her lonesome but she keeps herself busy by giving us a tour of the autumnal highlights (and lowlights) of her home kitchen garden. She's also been run off her feet organising the Hall's garden for a major event, so she gives us an insight into what's happening in the brain of any Head Gardener in the build up to such significant dates. There have been plenty of lists....!
