For the Bonus Episode #3 we're really pleased to welcome Tom Brown, new(ish) Head Gardener at West Dean Gardens in West Sussex. Tom shares his gardening journey from work in the Plant Shop at Wisley, through supervising the Trial Grounds, taking the big step into head gardening at Parham House, to taking on one of the UK's most celebrated gardens at West Dean, where his first full season in charge hasn't quite gone as planned - but he's making the most of it!
